The Crossings
Dates first, real 2026 rates and the building’s own red sign as the identity, for a 70-studio motel at 34th and Haven.

We designed and built Tudi for neighborhood businesses in Colombia: restaurants, barbershops, corner stores and cafés. Orders from WhatsApp, the day’s register and the month’s numbers live in one app.
Neighborhood businesses in Colombia already sell on WhatsApp. What they lack is order: requests get lost between chats, nobody knows how much came in that day, and the accounts live in a notebook.
So the app had to answer the chat, take the order at the business’s real prices and drop it into a panel anyone can use, including an owner who isn’t used to apps.
It runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API, not on WhatsApp Web. It talks with the customer, puts the order together and asks them to confirm before writing it down.
The assistant picks each item by its exact name on the menu, and the server sets the price from the business’s own catalog. Before it writes an order down, it checks the stock, so it doesn’t promise what has run out.
Orders from WhatsApp, the counter and the QR menu on each table land in the same list, and each one shows how long it has been waiting.
Large buttons that say what they do, a confirmation before anything is deleted, and text that can be made bigger. One main action per screen, and nothing that only appears on hover.
Opening, closing and cash count; tabs for customers who pay later; expenses; and the month’s result, sales minus recorded expenses, ready to download in Excel.
Everything is in Colombian Spanish. A restaurant takes reservations, a barbershop books appointments and a corner store takes special orders. Prices show in pesos written the local way, $45.000, and every “today” in the app is counted on Bogotá time, even though the servers run on another clock.
Customers pay the way they already do: cash, card, Nequi or Bre-B, and with Nequi or Bre-B the money goes straight to the owner’s account. With offline selling turned on, a sale made without a signal goes in on its own once the connection is back.
Changes pass an automated gate before they reach the public. For the September 30, 2026 release, 2,867 automated tests passed across four jobs, with zero failures.
Each release switches over in one step. On the server side, a release that fails its health check rolls back on its own.
Tudi is live at tudiapp.co, and anyone can open the panel demo, which runs on sample data. Payment links through Wompi are built. Electronic invoicing for the DIAN, Colombia’s tax authority, is connected in a test environment and stays off until its credentials are in place.
Built with Next.js, Express and PostgreSQL. Messages through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API; the assistant runs on Anthropic’s API. Panel images use sample data.

Book a room. Order a pie. Get an answer at eleven at night. Send a short brief or book a call, and we’ll tell you what we would build first.
