This page explains what information shoremediaagency.com handles and why. In short: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers and has no forms. Our server keeps a standard log of visits for 14 days.
Who we are
Shore Media Agency is a design and engineering studio at 1001 Ocean Ave, Ocean City, NJ 08226. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Shore Media Agency.
What we collect when you visit
Like most web servers, ours records each request it receives: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, the page that linked you here, and the browser and device type your browser reports.
We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, for example to find errors or block abuse. They are deleted automatically after 14 days. We don’t combine them with other information or use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media plugins.
Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server, so a visit doesn’t send your information to companies such as Google or Meta.
When you contact us
If you write to us or book a call, we use what you send, such as your name, contact details and message, only to reply and to prepare a proposal. We keep it as long as that conversation and any project that follows need it.
Who handles the data
The site runs on a server we rent from Contabo GmbH, located in France. Contabo hosts the server and the logs described above. If you visit from the United States, this means your request is processed in the European Union.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for advertising.
Links to other sites
Our case studies link to live sites and demos, such as tudiapp.co. Those sites are run separately and have their own privacy policies.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to us at the address above. Because server logs are deleted after 14 days, we usually hold nothing about a visitor who hasn’t contacted us.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts handling information in a new way, for example through a contact form, we will update this page and the date at the top before it does.
